behind the STARTLINE; 10K runners should gather in the
first corral (separated by ropes from 5K runners) and
behind the STARTLINE; 5K runners should be in the second
corral and 3K/5K Walk and Talkers will be in the third
corral.
- Nonparticipants and spectators should keep to the
sides of Foster Dr.
- No dogs are allowed in any of the events.
- Runners must wear their bib numbers on the front.
Race Marshalls must be able to see numbers and colors
to direct participants correctly.
Participants in the 5K and 10K Runs MUST have
a numbered bib to cross the 5K & 10K finish
line. If a participant with a walker’s bib (without
a number) crosses the finish line, subsequent runners
may be assigned a slower time. Registered 5K & 10K
participants wishing to change the event in which will
participate, can do so at at Packet Pickup on Saturday
before Mother’s Day. If a 5K or 10K participant
wishes to walk instead of run on race day, no notification
is required, just use the walker's finish line.
When finishing the race, runners are asked to continue
to move down the chute. Please don't stop in the Finishers
Chute. Let staff remove the bottom of your bib and continue
walking.
Very Important: After finishing Do Not go back through
the finisher chute again to be with a family member
or friend. You may cause subsequent finishers to receive
inaccurate times. Don't mess it up for others.
Awards will be given to the top three overall men and
women for the 5K and 10K runs and the top three men
and women age group winners in the following age groups:
19 & less; 20-29; 30-39; 40-49; 50-59; 60 &
